Bringing Our Problems and Troubles to the Lord

I enjoyed that God is Our Father and His heart is full of love for us. He is always there for us, waiting for us to turn to Him. However, in our daily lives, we usually turn to the people around us before we turn to the Lord. We have to see that God understands everything we are going through because He went through everything we’re going through and more, without sinning. In addition, He is the only one who knows the right kind of help and sympathy we need. Hymn #789 reminds us of the “peace we often forfeit” and the “needless pain we bear” because we choose not to turn to the Lord, who is our Father. Therefore, we should go to the Lord with our problems and troubles in our daily lives. Amen! Thank God for always being there for us to provide us with the comfort and strength we need.
